Highlighting our mission to continually push the boundaries of sustainable and ecologically friendly home design, the Jade 808 is a prime example of leading edge design.

The intention for this project was to design and construct a highly water and energy efficient home by using the standard method of construction used in Perth whilst ensuring affordability and repeatability was achieved.

The Jade 808 incorporates numerous features that ensure the ongoing running and maintenance costs of this residence are kept to a minimum. Featuring, amongst others, excellent cross flow ventilation, energy efficient appliances and requiring no air conditioning, the 808 Sustainable Home also incorporates water efficient fixtures and fittings, and a state-of-the-art electric boosted solar hot water system.

Utilising creative design and industry knowledge, the Jade 808 encapsulates our ability and expertise in creating an award winning family home that is both efficient and affordable, it also went on to win State and National Awards.
