Jade 101

Jade 101 was awarded the National and WA HIA GreenSmart Award for Water Efficiency, being recognised for innovative approaches to integrated water management in a housing project. The home was alos a Finalist in the WA GreenSmart Home category for incorporating cost-effective environmental features and practices both in construction and operation.

Jade 2010

Jade Projects’ first sustainable commerical project was recognised at the 2011 Sustainable Energy Industry Excellence and Innovation Awards, the Jade 2010 received high commendation in the Project Awards category. This award recognises organisations for an outstanding single project which embodies the principles of sustainable energy, energy efficiency and/or greenhouse gas abatement/mitigation.

Jade 909

Jade Projects’ success in sustainable design continues with the development of the Jade 909, winning Project Home  at the 2010 National GreenSmart Awards.  The project won numerous awards at the WA GreenSmart Awards, including the coveted Home of the Year and Water Efficiency Award. Judges recognised that smart design made the Jade 909 a star performer.

The project was also successful in the GreenSmart Partnership Award that commends the collaborative approaches to promoting and demonstrating GreenSmart principles. Judges congratulated the collaboration of Jade Projects, Think Brick Australia and Right Homes, saying a benchmark had been set for others to follow.

Jade 808

Highlighting our mission to continually push the boundaries of sustainable and ecologically friendly home design, the Jade 808 Sustainable Home is a prime example of leading edge design.

The 808 Sustainable Home incorporates numerous features that ensure the ongoing running and maintenance costs of this residence are kept to a minimum.

The Jade 808 impressed judges at the 2009 HIA GreenSmart WA Awards, awarding it the Energy Efficiency Award , Water Efficiency Award and Project Home of the Year. It later went on to win the national categories of Energy Efficiency and Project Home of the Year.

Professional of the Year

Daniel Smee

In 2009, Director Daniel Smee’s commitment to the housing industry and environmentally responsible housing was recognised when he was awarded the prestigious HIA WA GreenSmart Professional of the Year. This award reflected Daniel’s passion and knowledge for sustainable, stylish and cost-effective design.

Jade 707

Jade Projects’ first sustainable demonstration home, the Jade 707, won both the state and national HIA GreenSmart Award for Energy Efficiency.
